Terms and Conditions
At Tsp we take pride in using quality ingredients to ensure that each cake tastes as good as it looks. Before placing an order, please ensure that you read the full Terms & Conditions.
When placing an order please ensure that all details are accurate and correct on your invoice, and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed. Please make sure your collection date and time are correct.
Quotes are only valid for 30 days, deposits paid within these 30 days secure the price agreed. any changes to your order may need to be re-quoted.
On all wedding cake orders we require a 50% deposit to secure your date and quote. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the pick-up/delivery date. When making any payment via BACS please quote your unique order number which is supplied by us once you decide to go ahead. All regular cake orders are payable upfront when ordering. Please note that without a deposit or full payment your date cannot be held and your booking is not confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable.
When placing an order within the month of your requested date, we require payment in full to the value of your order within 7 days of order – unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. Payment is required via BACS transfer, or directly through the website. Once we receive your order via telephone/email/social media we will email you your invoice and our ts&cs, our account details will be on the bottom of the invoice. Once we receive payment we will book your order in.
All cake orders other than cake subscriptions are for collection only unless we are contacted by phone to request local delivery. If you are collecting your cake please see our opening times. Failure to arrive on your collection date may result in a delay to collection of your order and you will still be liable for full payment. Wedding cake delivery is charged at £20 for up to 10 miles, this charge is due to the set up required, any other local drop off is charged at £10 for up to 10 miles. We will aim to deliver between 8am-5pm. collection is from our studio at 23 Woodburn Road, Norton Heights, Stoke on trent, Staffordshire, ST6 8GB, please contact us on 07581365387 if you have any problems with collection.
When placing an order, please notify us of any allergies. We cannot guarantee that our products are nut / gluten / dairy free / soy / sesame free as our equipment at some point in time has come into contact with these items. All cakes are created with care to limit cross contamination. Our cakes are created from scratch and may from time to time contain small pieces of eggshell or fruit stones. Flowers are all fresh real flowers and are not to be eaten, please remove before cutting the cake.
Loss or Damages
Our goods at Tsp are packaged with care and attention. We will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged after they have been picked-up. We take photographs of all of our cakes so we have proof of the conditions they left our hands in.
Variations in Final Products
All of our goods are individually handmade, and therefore may not always appear exactly as in photographs or descriptions. All photographs on our website/social media are published to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe.
Changes to Order
Any major changes to your order less than 14 days before the required pick-up date may incur a fee for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation must be received in writing to email@example.com. A refund, less your deposit, will be issued for any cancellation made more than 12 full weeks prior to your required pick-up date. Any cancellations made within 14 days of your pick-up/delivery date are neither refundable nor transferable. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order due to personal circumstance, we will offer you a full refund. In case of error or issue with your cake order please contact us immediately so we can fix anything on the day. We must be able to see the cake in person if you have any issues with the product so please do not throw the cake away, should this happen no refund will be issued. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us on the day of your event and arrange for the complete order to be returned to us immediately.
Caring For Your Cake
All cakes are supplied on a silver cake board and are hand packaged in a white cake box.
Please turn the air conditioner on and keep the cake on a flat surface while transporting.
Keep cool and refrigerated at all times during hot weather - Avoid placing in direct sunlight. Allow to come up to room temperature for best flavour.
Cakes are best eaten within 24hrs of pick-up, however are fine for up to 4 days.
Our cake subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date that you originally ordered the item on, and can be cancelled by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have already been billed then you will continue to receive the next months item until you cancel the subscription. If you have purchased a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription then you will be billed the same amount following your last box, once again should you wish to cancel please email us.
